Here at WMJJC we will teach you all manor of defences even wrestling & grappling techniques.
In order to build your stamina & improve your technique & strength for punches, strikes & kicks, we use various pads & adapt how they are held to represent various targets on the body.
Circle Work allows you to build stamina & think quickly. With opponents attacking you from any direction you learn to become more aware of your surroundings & defend yourself from opponents of any size or weight.
Randori allows you to build stamina & think quickly. With an opponent attacking you with a random attack of their choosing, you will learn to defend yourself quickly from an opponent of any size or weight.
In order to work through our grading system & belts we teach a set syllabus. This consists of a number of techniques that you will be taught & graded on for each belt.
Line ups allow you to practise techniques with various opponents of all different , sizes, heights, weights & abilities.
You may learn that a technique you can execute perfectly well with your normal training partner is not suitable for someone of a different height or size.
