WMJJC offers the finest in Ju Jitsu tuition and self defence. Run by proficient, experienced instructors, it offers expert martial arts and fitness training in a friendly and progressive atmosphere.
Ju-Jitsu is a traditional Japanese Martial Art & we follow those traditions teaching mat etiquette, respect & discipline to all our students as well as the art itself. We teach all ages from 8-80yrs old & respect peoples differing abilities.
Each session begins with a thorough warm up to prepare the body for training and also to lessen the risk of injury.Exact lesson content varies from week to week, but activities will typically involve cardiovascular exercises such as punching/kicking drills & focus pad work, self defence techniques and combat skills, reaction training, technical skills, Ju Jitsu syllabus tuition (including training for gradings) and kata practise (formalised routines of Ju Jitsu actions).
