The club is based at Fox Hollies Leisure Centre in Acocks Green, Birmingham, UK (click HERE for a map, or HERE for directions by public transport).
The club currently trains once a week, with the junior class preceding the adult session. Each session begins with a thorough warm up and stretching session. This is to prepare the body for training and also to lessen the risk of injury.
Exact lesson content varies from week to week, but activities will typically involve cardiovascular exercises (such as punching/kicking drills, focus pad work), self defence techniques and combat skills, reaction training, technical skills, Ju Jitsu syllabus tuition (including training for gradings) and kata practise (formalised "dance" like routines of Ju Jitsu actions).
Adult sessions also contain additional combat and sparring practise, and weapons skills.
